Do you offer custom sizing for non-standard doorways?
We provide a bespoke sizing service for most of our door styles. Please contact our support team with your specific measurements for a custom quote.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. For custom-made or pre-finished doors, please allow 14-21 days for production and delivery.
Do the doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. You can choose 'Unfinished' to apply your own stain or 'Pre-Finished' for a professional clear lacquer coating applied in our workshop.
What is your return policy?
Standard sized doors can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they have not been trimmed or treated. Custom-sized doors are non-returnable.
Do you provide installation services?
While we do not offer direct installation, we provide detailed fitting guides and can recommend certified local joiners in your area.
