Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the door is placed back in its original protective packaging and secured on the pallet to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection Process
Once your item arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the wood for any modifications, finish applications, or transit damage to verify return eligibility.
Refund or Exchange
After approval, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your selected replacement door within 5-7 business days.
